Abstract
It is showed the importance of reliability for agricultural techniques in difference with some other sector's machinery and equipment (radio and TV equipment, automated systems, machine tools and equipment), which work in stationery regimes, but agricultural machines work in hard soil-climatic and dynamic conditions. The resource recovery technological process under melting with automatic fermentation of the worn out ploughshares is investigated theoretically and experimentally, the appropriate device and reproduction equipment are made for practical use. The similarity criteria of the recovery process and general criterion of the equation are received using similarity and dimensions theory, according to which the targeted experiments are conducted. As a result of experiments the micro-hardness of the metallic cover is investigated, adequate equation of analytic type is obtained and it is estimated by optimization of the rational regimes, the recovery of worn out ploughshares under melting with automatic fermentation. The performance test shows that recovery of details by using manufactured technology is increased to 30 ⦠40%.
