Abstract
A recyclable biointerface based on cross-linked branched DNA nanostructure for ultra-sensitive detection of specific nucleic acids has been developed. The detection limit could go as low as 500â¯fM, which has overcame the alleged “size dilemma” of nanoscale sensors. The recognition layer was easily regenerated without frequency attenuation, allowing for a recyclable biosensing interface. Our work represents an excellent prospect in the engineering of biointerfaces, which will be beneficial to many biosensing systems.127
