Abstract
A recyclable biointerface based on cross-linked branched DNA nanostructure for ultra-sensitive detection of specific nucleic acids has been developed. The detection limit could go as low as 500 fM, which has overcame the alleged “size dilemma” of nanoscale sensors. The recognition layer was easily regenerated without frequency attenuation, allowing for a recyclable biosensing interface. Our work represents an excellent prospect in the engineering of biointerfaces, which will be beneficial to many biosensing systems.127
