Abstract
This paper deals with the synthesis of dynamic anti-windup compensators for discrete-time linear systems with saturating controls. Considering that the system is subject to the action of L2 bounded disturbances, two approaches for computing the antiwindup compensator in order to guarantee both that the systems trajectories are bounded and a certain L2 performance level is achieved by the regulated outputs are proposed. The first approach considers the synthesis of full order compensators and the second one addresses the synthesis of reduced order compensators.
