Abstract
Smartphone-based quantitative imaging for sensitive detection of pathogens. The target pathogens were selectively captured on the bacterial detection cassette using fluorescent magnetic nanoparticles conjugated with aptamers. The imaging was performed using smartphone fluorescence microscopy by utilizing light emitting diode and, a computer assisted image processing and analysis was performed to quantitate bacterial load in the minimally processed samples.224
