Abstract
Health organizations are complex and the health networks add to this complexity. Their evaluation is both a necessity and an obligation but raises methodological difficulties. The number and variety of the actors and their interactions make this evaluation difficult and important. Our study approaches the evaluation of the activities in a network while using a functional and dysfunctional analysis. We identified obstacles to the functioning of these activities; then incorporated them in an organizational model. More particularly, we will relate the research concerning those obstacles to the use of good practice guidelines in an oncology network.
