Abstract
⺠An ultrasensitive electrochemical method is developed for detection of APE-1. ⺠A triple signal amplification strategy was employed to enhance the sensitivity. ⺠The porous organic material (PTC-NH2) as electrode modifier could lower the background current. ⺠The proposed immunosensor shows high sensitivity, specificity and acceptable stability.
