Abstract
⺠Novel homogeneous immunoassays enable rapid quantitative detection of protein targets. ⺠Sensors consist of fluorescent zinc selenide quantum dots conjugated to probe biomolecules. ⺠Binding of sensors to target proteins results in fluorescence emission intensity amplification. ⺠Detection of protein targets in PBS buffer solution and diluted human serum is demonstrated.
