Abstract
⺠Aptamers against trans-zeatin were generated and optimized. ⺠Aptamers show strong affinity to trans-zeatin and weak affinity to cis-zeatin and dihydrozeatin. ⺠Aptasensor based on graphene oxide (GO) was developed for zeatin sensing. ⺠Aptasensor do not response to adenine (zeatin analog) abundantly existing in plants.
