Abstract
⺠The immunospot assay for Dengue fever overcomes time limitation problems observed for ELISA tests. ⺠The procedure requires only 45-60 min and requires only one antibody for detection. ⺠The method uses 4 μL serum sample and allows multiple sample analysis. ⺠The detection is based on antibody coated fluorescent nanoparticles. ⺠The detection limit for Dengue NS1 protein is 5.2 ng/mL and comparable to ELISA tests.
