Abstract
⺠A new design for a cortisol immunosensor with a fluid control mechanism is proposed. ⺠The sensor allows for quantitative analyses of salivary cortisol levels. ⺠The measurement is accomplished within 35 min and the sensor can be reused. ⺠We report the accuracy of the sensor for human salivary cortisol levels.
