Abstract
⺠Establishment of simple and inexpensive sensitive monolayer for HIV-1 protease detection. ⺠The sensitivity and the response time of the biosensor improved using nano-magnetic beads. ⺠Specificity of HIV-1 protease detection confirmed using impedance and Raman spectroscopy techniques. ⺠The sensing platform employed for AIDS drugs screening without using washing liquids.
