Abstract
⺠Photonic crystals were produced using nano-imprint lithography. ⺠Photonic crystals were coated with a multi-functional copolymer film. ⺠L. pneumophila antibodies were immobilized and interrogated with reflection spectroscopy. ⺠Immunochips detected L. pneumophila with an LOD of 200 cells/mL. ⺠Immunochips were characterized using fluorescence microscopy.
