Abstract
⺠A novel biosensor for activity analysis of uracil-DNA glycosylase. ⺠A graphene oxide-hairpin probe nanocomposite was constructed in this strategy. ⺠Simple, cost-effective, highly sensitive and selective assay was achieved. ⺠A promising homogeneous platform for UDG assay and related biochemical studies.
