Abstract
⺠We established a new suspension array method for detecting multiple targets simultaneously and rapidly. ⺠Probes with good activity can be attached to the surface of microspheres by covalent couple. ⺠Their detection limits are at the level of picogram. ⺠The approach was applied in corn and peanut with four mycotoxins simultaneously spiked. ⺠The result of assay showed good correlation with that of HPLC in actual samples.
