Abstract
► A sandwich assay for human genomic DNA was designed by the computed-assisted approach. ► Genomic sample pre-treatment conditions and biochip preparation were optimized. ► Sensor was calibrated with genomic hDNA down to a concentration of 140 aM. ► A secondary hybridization was performed to confirm the specificity of the system. ► A regenerable biosensor for multi-analyte detection of hDNA genomic was developed.
