Abstract
⺠A novel fluorescent sensor for DNA sequence determination is developed. ⺠This biosensor is designed by taking advantages of CuAAC reaction and CuNPs. ⺠This biosensor has been used for detection of p53 sequence. ⺠This is a good example of using click chemistry in biosensor.
