Abstract
⺠Microelectrode based platform has been designed for breast cancer specific MCF-7 cell detection. ⺠MCF-7 cells detection was achieved in the range of 105-108 with detection limit of 100 cells in solution used for incubation (1 μl). ⺠Magnetic beads based enhancement and molecular profiling have been achieved to identify cell type.
