Abstract
⺠AuNPs were added to buffer solution to enhance CE based electrochemical immunoassay. ⺠AuNPs improved separation resolution by modifying the analytes mobilities. ⺠AuNPs were used as multianalyte carriers to achieve an amplification of EC signal. ⺠The four shellfish toxins were baseline separated by using of AuNPs.
