Abstract
⺠Highly sensitive electrochemical DNA sensors prepared on nanoelectrode ensembles. ⺠The probe is immobilized on the polycarbonate surrounding the nanoelectrodes. ⺠Enzyme label bound to the target gives electrocatalytic amplification. ⺠Biorecognition and transduction are integrated but separated on a nanometer scale.
