Abstract
⺠A bioengineered olfactory sensory neurons (OSNs)-based biosensor was developed. ⺠This biosensor could specifically respond to ligand of expressed ORs in a dose-dependent way. ⺠The extracellular firings of bioengineered OSNs were analyzed in frequency and time domains. ⺠The temporal firing response modes were different at low/high concentration of odorant.
