Abstract
We consider in this paper a project scheduling problem where resources correspond to employees and where the activity requirements are time-dependent. Furthermore, employees have different skills and the legal constraints dictated by the French workforce legislation have to be respected. We first propose a predictive algorithm to solve this problem, dealing with project scheduling and employees timetabling. Then, under some hypotheses concerning unexpected events, we propose a proactive algorithm. Computational experiments are presented and discussed.
