Abstract
Lesions on MRI usually occurred in the junction of cortex and medulla and basal ganglia, and characterized by multiple with nodular, annular and target, of which “eccentric target sign” was the characteristic performance. Lesions were more prone to strengthen in those patients with the higher CD4+T lymphocyte counts. Through the analysis of MRI imaging and clinical data, it was possible to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
