Abstract
This paper addresses the problem of estimating simultaneously the states and the input concentrations of an acidogenic process used for biohydrogen production. This process is described by a nonlinear model. The input and states estimations were solved using a state transformation and an asymptotic observer. Finally, the method was tested with experimental data and its interest was demonstrated.
