Abstract
TIGER introduces the Telepresence Instant Groupware for higher Education in Robotics project. It describes the development of a web-based telelaboratory network to conduct robotic experiments through physical processes. The system is designed to give users high-level of immersivity. The functional architecture of this system, the learning environment features, the on line available processes and the work in progress are described in this paper.
