⺠Credence good setting where consumers have heterogeneous valuations and information. ⺠Unique subgame perfect equilibrium. ⺠If fraction of high value consumers is high, no cheating; otherwise cheating. ⺠High value, and not uninformed, consumers are most likely victims of cheating.
