Abstract
Electrostatic potential penetration into a circular enclosure with circular apertures is investigated. An electrostatic boundary-value problem of the circular enclosure with circular apertures is solved based on the Hankel transform, mode matching technique, and superposition. The polarizability of the circular apertures is represented in a series and calculated in terms of the aperture geometry to understand the behaviors of potential penetration.
