Abstract
Compared with the ground-base, the stratosphere for inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) system has more advantages. However, one problem of the Stratospheric ISAR system is platform drifting, which brings the phase interference to echo signal. Considering this problem, firstly parameter estimation (PE) method is applied in the stratosphere ISAR system to compensate for the phase error along the down-range due to the platform drifting. The effectiveness and validity of the algorithm are proved by simulation results.
