A study of mobile service monitoring system based on wireless sensor network

With the increasing of the gross service amount and the number of mobile users, wireless network optimization based on improving users' perception has become the main aim of mobile operators. The traditional testing methods, such as mean opinion score (MOS) test, driver test (DT) and call quality test (CQT), all need a lot of manpower and material resource, and there is time delay between users' complaining and test. A mobile service automatic testing system based on wireless sensor network was described in this paper. In this paper, the development of wireless sensor network was introduced to automatically fulfill tasks of repeating testing, such as the MOS test and CQT. The field experiments showed that the solution met the original requirements.
