Abstract
												The diagnostic confusion between autism and psychosis has been reinforced by the quasi-dimensional approaches recently endorsed in major international classifications of mental disorders, whereas Lacanian psychoanalysis seems to have developed a finer differential clinical practice, with an interest in both the difficulties and the solutions associated with autistic functioning.
