Abstract
► A capacitive type nanodetector is modeled by numerical simulation. ► Detector is based on counting condensated micron sized droplets. ► Electrostatic energy change during impaction results in femtofarad capacitance change. ► Detector design can be improved by assuring deep well formation of a droplet.
