Abstract
⺠A capacitive type nanodetector is modeled by numerical simulation. ⺠Detector is based on counting condensated micron sized droplets. ⺠Electrostatic energy change during impaction results in femtofarad capacitance change. ⺠Detector design can be improved by assuring deep well formation of a droplet.
