Abstract

âº A common-path interferometer without any classical beam splitter device is presented. âº The presented interferometer allows integrated single-prism beam shaping. âº Such shaping allows broadening the application spectra of different laser sources. âº The beam shaping interferometer provides well-evaluable interference patterns.
