Dubitative questions and epistemic stance

- Questions come from either the speaker's unknowing or uncertain position.
- Wh-questions are unknowing ones, thus they cannot be dubitative.
- Polar and alternative questions are uncertain ones, thus they can be dubitative.
- Dubitative tag and declarative questions are more uncertain then their plain forms.
- While dubitative polar interrogatives and alternative questions are less uncertain.
