Abstract
⺠Stress enhanced the consolidation of memory for reduction in reward magnitude. ⺠The effects of stress were long-lasting (i.e., lasted for at least a week). ⺠Intra-BLA cannabinoid agonist prevented the stress-induced enhancement. ⺠Intra-BLA glucocorticoid receptors antagonist also prevented the stress effect.
