Abstract
⺠Skin conductance responses increase at the time of an expected but omitted shock. ⺠Omission-related SCRs also observed during stimulus generalization. ⺠Brain activity associated with stimulus omission in striatum, parietal cortex, and ACC. ⺠These same regions showed omission-related activations during a generalization test.
