Abstract
⺠Several neurotransmission systems are frequently related to memory formation. ⺠The role of transporters GABA, glutamate, dopamine and serotonin is poorly understood. ⺠GAT1, EACC1, DAT and SERT were down- and down-regulated by memory formation. ⺠Also amnesia and anti-amnesia produced specific patters of transporters expression. ⺠These transporters seem to be reliable markers of amnesic processes.
