Abstract
⺠Working-memory and inhibitory capacities are functionally related in healthy rats. ⺠They are synergetically modulated by amphetamine according to a similar relationship. ⺠This inverted-U shaped relationship depends on initial individual performances. ⺠This synergy involves D1 receptor expression in the medial prefrontal cortex.
