Abstract
⺠Pctk1, Ccnd1 or Tcf12 overexpression all had an effect on learning and memory. ⺠Pctk1, Tcf12, and Ccnd1 in hippocampus produced spatial working memory deficits. ⺠Expression of Ccnd1 and Tcf12 produced spatial reference memory deficits. ⺠LTD induced by low frequency stimulation was absent in Pctk1 treated animals. ⺠Tcf12 also produced neurodegeneration and tumors in CA1 and dentate gyrus.
