Abstract
⺠NR2C knockout mice exhibit deficit in cued and contextual fear conditioning. ⺠Conditioning-induced thalamo-amygdala synaptic strengthening is absent in NR2C knockout mice. ⺠Occurrence of spatial working memory errors is elevated in NR2C knockout mice.
