Abstract
⺠Flies can learn to distinguish disjoint and overlapping odour mixtures. ⺠Flies cannot solve negative patterning or biconditional discrimination problems. ⺠Flies do not exhibit blocking in the odour shock paradigm. ⺠None of the standard learning models explain the data.
