Abstract
⺠Bimusicals handle two distinct musical-syntactic rules in each musical culture. ⺠We investigated brain activity underlying tonal differentiation between two cultures. ⺠Both types of music (M1, M2) elicited mERAN reflecting processing of tonal structure. ⺠Source locations of mERAN for M1 and M2 were separated within IFG/PMC areas.
