Abstract
⺠Speech production can be considered a marker of central nervous system integrity. ⺠Psychomotor changes occur in individual's with Huntington's disease before diagnosis. ⺠Speech performance differs in-line with disease state. ⺠Speech rate shows a significant correlation to burden of pathology scores. ⺠Data suggests that changes in speech production are developing prior to diagnosis.
