Abstract
⺠We give an analytical expression for a diffracted Gaussian laser beam diffracted by an acoustooptic cell. ⺠We apply Collins integral and ABCD Matrix formalism to simplify the calculus. ⺠The good choice of the acoustic pressure gives the suitable form of the laser beam. ⺠The shape of the the obtained flat top beam is about 2 mm of longitudinal range.
