Abstract
⺠Bulk Zn40Se60 alloy prepared by the melt-quench technique. ⺠Composition of thin films for our study prepared by thermal evaporation. ⺠The structure study of our composition can be undertaken by two different techniques, Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction ⺠The effect of heat treatment on the optical properties was studied for Zn40Se60 films.
