Abstract
⺠Stabilize the HeNe laser intensity to a stability of 0.014% over 12 h. ⺠Build a steady laser tube using glass ceramics. ⺠Design a compact power supply for HeNe laser to regulate its discharge current conveniently. ⺠Construct a digitized PID control loop between laser discharge current and its power.
