Abstract
⺠High prevalence of partner violence experienced by women in Northern Uganda. ⺠Exposure to organized violence predicted female victimization in intimate relationships. ⺠Alcohol abuse reported by male partners predicted female experience of partner violence. ⺠Risk factors differ for different subtypes of partner violence against women.
