Abstract
⺠Decision-making models for vaccines need to take into account social and ethical sensitivities. ⺠In this Belgian study, large differences in public support were found for various equally efficient vaccination programs. ⺠Preferences over incentives to increase vaccine uptake appear to be driven by respondents' social orientation.
