Abstract
This study aims to identify the determinants associated with decent self-employed and full-time (FT) work in the Spanish employment market. Five Decent Work categories/grades are defined, and using the data from the Spanish Continuous Sample of Working Lives (MCLV) 2008, the determinants of a Decent Work position have been estimated according to each grade. Conclusions are made based on the effect of job level, previous work experience, and unemployment.
