Reforma financiera y banca de desarrollo: créditos o ilusiones

In this paper the law reforms proposed to modify the public banks functioning are analysed and, although for the Mexican economy is crucial to increase the universe of lenders and the volume of credits that these institutions issue, the reforms proposed are clearly insufficient.
