Abstract
Magnetic properties of a graphene nanoisland structure have been studied by the effective-field theory with correlations. It consists of two triangular interpenetrating sublattices described by Ising model with mixed spin. The results show the exchange coupling and the anisotropy have important influence on the magnetization. The reentrant and staircase effect have been found within a certain parameter range.
