Abstract
In this work, the synchronization between uncertain time-delayed networks with multi-link and different topologies is investigated. We design the suitable identification laws to tackle the uncertain parameters in the drive and response networks. And we also design the adaptive laws to determine the configuration matrix elements of the networks. This synchronization strategy allows the driver and response networks to have different topologies. And it is unnecessary to solve the eigenvalues of the network node equations.
